• Use a soft toothbrush to brush between links. This will restore the sparkle and shine. You can also use a jewelry cleaning cloth.
• Avoid spraying perfume directly on your jewelry.
• Avoid applying lotion and/or sunscreen on your jewelry.

Yes, you can swim in a pool and/or the ocean with your Forever Linked jewelry. Simply rinse your piece(s) with soap and water when you are done swimming.

If your piece breaks, we will re-attach/repair the piece free of charge. Reach out via our Contact Us page to report the broken item.

Should you need to remove your Forever Linked Jewelry due to travel, your occupation, and/or medical reasons, it can be cut off. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation. We do also offer the option to add a clasp to your custom piece.
